I have a piece in ALONG THE WAY, WE SAW THE WORLD, an anthology celebrating the 20th anniversary of 826LA!

826LA is a wonderful nonprofit organization that offers free tutoring and creative writing programs for kids and teens in Los Angeles. I used to volunteer for them and had my book launch for THE SPINDLE OF FATE at the Time Travel Mart (all of the 826 National chapters have their own quirky storefront to support their programming), so I’m thrilled to be a part of their community anthology. My piece is titled “From the Great Unknown, With Love” and is adapted from a very personal letter that I wrote to my future self in my senior year of high school, which my English teacher, Ms. Lucas, mailed to me five years later.
You can preorder the book here and if you’re in the Los Angeles area, consider stopping by for 826Day Community Celebration on Saturday, August 23 from 12:00-2:30.
